  • Reservations (£1 pre-orders) are non-refundable but can be applied toward the final purchase.
  • Pre-orders require full payment upfront and are refundable up to 14 days before shipping.
  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Refund & Return Policy

  • Pre-orders are refundable up to 14 days before shipping. After this period, refunds will not be processed.
  • Once products have been shipped, they cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • If you receive a defective product, contact us at Contact@stonarke.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

5. Exchange Rates

All transactions on our Website are processed in GBP (£). If you are purchasing from outside the UK, your bank or payment provider may apply an exchange rate and additional fees. Stonarke Limited is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates or fees imposed by financial institutions.

6. Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Duties, customs tariffs, and value-added tax (VAT) are set by the destination country and may be calculated into your final order total at checkout.
  • If your country does not support automatic tax calculations, you may be required to pay additional duties upon delivery.

If you refuse to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us, shipping costs and any associated fees will be deducted from your refund.
